
Kevin Gunns

Kevin Gunns was hired as an associate of the firm in October, 2001. Through his leadership skills, commitment to service, knowledge of the business and closeness with his clients, he grew from an associate of the firm to a partner of the firm in January 2009, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer.
Kevin graduated from Alma College in the spring of 2001 with a B.A. in Finance and a minor in Economics. He welcomed his first child, Mackenzie, in the world in May, 2009 and his second, Kaylyn, in August, 2012. He married his high school sweetheart, Sheri, in August, 2003. Kevin has served on the finance committee at the First United Methodist Church in Mason, is the assistant coach for the Mason boys varsity soccer team, founded "Compete for a Cause" - a fundraiser to benefit pediatric cancer patients, won the "Building Leaders" award presented by Jack Ebling and spends any spare time he has with his wife and two daughters.
Since 2001 he has worked with individuals and small businesses to help define, communicate and achieve their financial goals. These include: retirement planning, investing in college funds, supplementing fixed income, proper portfolio allocation, debt payoff strategies, tax preparation, insurance analysis and estate planning. The holistic approach he takes with all clients is truly a unique one in this business.
